Shipping Details:

  • Worldwide Shipping: Yes! We deliver our products to customers all around the globe.
  • Shipping Origin: We ship from Hong Kong using a top-quality distribution network for speedy delivery to you.
  • Order Changes/Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel your order, kindly make the request within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, we won't be able to make changes. However, if you receive the order and wish to return it, you can do so for a full refund.
  • Returns: Please contact us at support@voyatir.com for any questions regarding returns. 

 

Payment Methods When it comes to payment, we offer you flexibility. You can choose from major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) or opt for the convenience and security of PayPal.

 

Order Processing At Voyatir, we understand your excitement to receive your order promptly. Orders are processed diligently between Monday and Friday. As all orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse, please expect a processing time of 1-3 business days before we ship your items, which will take place the day after processing.

-Please note that our shipping operations do not operate on weekends.

 

Delivery Time Due to the popularity of our products and the love our customers show us, your order might take between 2-4 weeks to reach you. We appreciate your patience and promise that the wait will be worth it!

 

Missing Orders If, unfortunately, your order hasn't arrived within 30 days after it's been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund! Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to making things right.

 

Customs and Taxes While the prices you see on our site are displayed in US Dollars and are tax-free, please be aware that you may be liable for import taxes, duties, and customs fees by your local customs office once your order reaches its destination.
